Bianca, a native West Texan and proud mother, is a graduate of the University of Texas of the Permian Basin (UTPB) with a strong passion for accounting. With over 14 years of experience spanning the private and public sectors, non-profits, oil & gas, and healthcare industries, Bianca has developed a deep affinity for the small business community.

Her expertise lies in collaborating closely with small business owners, guiding them through the complexities of accounting, and helping them turn their entrepreneurial dreams into reality. Bianca is dedicated to merging operations and accounting in a way that is comprehensible for business owners. She not only supports small businesses with their accounting needs but also emphasized the importance of bookkeeping and financial education.
